  • Requirements:

    Please take into consideration that we accept qualified returns but do not accept exchanges for international customers.

    Refunds are issued once the returned products are cleared from our inspection.


    We accept returns if:

    - You've received the wrong product from your order

    - You've received a defective product.

    - You've changed your mind


    We DO NOT accept returns when:

    - Item is purchased by sales price

    - Product is damaged due to your mishandling

    - Your return request is not approved by our staff


    Return Instructions:

    (1) Post a return request on our Q&A board within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(if defective) and include the item name, order number, and the reason for the return.

    (2) Our customer service team will review your return request and give confirm via the comment section.

    (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Please include a note with your order number, name, and user ID.

    (4) After examining the received product, we will refund the total amount minus the initial shipping fee.

    *Returns are accepted only if you follow the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent will not be accepted.

    *Item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact, even in the case with defective/incorrect products. They must be sent unworn, in their original packaging.

    *You must include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

    *For any return caused by the company's fault, shipping will be paid by us.
