The battle against waste with TAW&TOE #2022Edition
A large reason we decided to collaborate with TAW&TOE is that they believe shoes are tools that protect the feet. RAWROW’s R shoes are also created with the same belief in mind.
We created eco-friendly recycled flip-flops to give a larger meaning to this collaboration. About 15-25% of the raw materials used to make these flip-flops were discarded in the process of making other shoes. By reducing our dependence on petrochemical raw materials, we have been able to reduce our carbon emissions.
ZEROVITY™ for perfect shock absorption
ZEROVITY™ flip-flops are made from the new material TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Containing an optimally blended ratio of TPE, ZEROVITY™ distributes up to 50% of the foot’s pressure while absorbing shock to relieve fatigue.
Foot-protecting sole
The sole features a wave pattern imitating the S-shape of the foot to help you walk naturally and stably. This pattern creates friction with the floor to prevent slipping.
RAWROW-exclusive recycled set
#fightwasteThese flip-flops come in a reusable bag to reduce waste. An alternative to the plastic bags used at the store, this versatile bag can also be used to hold travel necessities. The number of prints on the shoe box used for shipping was minimized to include only the barcode sticker and FSC certification mark.
New colors and the never-ending fight against waste
After starting last year, our fight against waste with TAW&TOE continues into this year too. The 2022 edition of these flip-flops also comes in Cream and Sage Green.
